The purpose of Open Hours is simple: to create a small space each month where women standing at a threshold can be witnessed, heard, and supported, regardless of their current financial circumstances.

I believe meaningful support should not be available only to those who can afford it. Open Hours allows me to offer a limited number of complimentary sessions each month for women navigating grief, family estrangement, identity shifts, life transitions, and other significant crossroads.

While I cannot promise solutions in one session, I can promise my presence, attention, compassion, and respect for your journey.

Before You Request a Session

To ensure these sessions remain available to those who need them, the following guidelines apply:

  • Open Hours is offered to select communities and referral groups. A password is required to access the application form.

  • Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Each person may receive one complimentary session per calendar month.

  • A maximum of four complimentary sessions may be used by any individual.

  • All participants must complete a brief consultation form before scheduling.

  • All participants must review and sign the informed consent and liability waiver before their session.

  • Requesting a session does not guarantee placement, as availability is limited each month.

  • Approved sessions are currently scheduled on Mondays and select Wednesdays.

These guidelines help ensure that Open Hours remains a sustainable community offering and that available sessions can be shared among those who need them most.

Important Information

My services are offered as coaching, counseling, spiritual support, hypnotherapy, and compassionate witnessing.

I am certified in my areas of practice, but am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or social worker.

I do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions, and my services should not be considered a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency (suicidal thoughts, active self-harm, domestic violence, substance abuse crisis, psychosis, or any situation requiring immediate clinical support) Open Hours is not an appropriate resource and I encourage you to please contact a licensed mental health professional, emergency services, or a crisis hotline in your area.

By applying for Open Hours, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and limitations of the services offered and agree to participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.

A Final Note

No one should have to face a threshold alone simply because resources are limited.

These conversations are offered freely, with no further expectation or obligation.
